For LUSH an exhibition March 2022

Created entirely of layered botanicals, "Redshift," is an artistic interpretation of a celestial entity and its movement in relation to our earthen viewing abilities.

Let us observe each layer of the wavelengths of light being stretched, represented by natural elements, and enhanced by the language of flowers, starting with the center. The point of origin:

Love, represented by a tiny open red Rose,

happily, amplified by glowing red Geranium.

Emission lines of yellow Gerbera Daisy offer protection,

while floating on ample love provided by more red Rose petals.

Emission lines of Fushia's taste,

rest on radiant absorption lines created by nurturing yellow Squash blossom.

Flaming ardor emitted from Iris petals

allow the variations of light intensity to travel to the welcoming red Peony petals used to frame the edges of the known universe.

Please visit Fairweather House and Gallery in Seaside Oregon this March for the LUSH exhibition!

Fairweather House and Gallery is a wonderful venue that offers beautiful creations from local artist.
